Returns & Exchanges

The following is our Return and Exchange Policy:

Absolutely no refunds on worn shoes/boots
If you've worn your shoes for any amount of time indoors or out beyond enough time to check for proper fit, you can not request a refund or exchange.

We do encourage you to try out your new shoes/boots:
We recommend that you try on your shoes or boots indoors on a carpet to see if there are any fitting problems or defects.  If there is an issue, please report immediately.   See below for instructions.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days of its shipping date for an exchange or refund. As stated earlier, you can not return worn shoes.

Defective Merchandise Guarantee:
All of our products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. Wear is not guaranteed unless it is part of a manufacturers promotion. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges:
When returning or exchanging merchandise, please indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip. Enclose the packing slip, with the merchandise, and send it to the address provided below. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we determine that the product is indeed defective, then your return shipping will be reimbursed. When returning merchandise, please provide us with the tracking number and insure the package for the amount you paid for the merchandise.

No Returns without an RMA
In order to process your return, you will need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  Follow the steps below to obtain your number:
  1. Go to the "My Account" section of this site.   This link is located near the upper right  corner of the page just below the header.
  2. Select the link "View Previous Orders".
  3. Your Order should display a status of shipped, if it does view the order and scroll to the bottom where you will find a link to obtain an RMA.
  4. Follow the instructions on this page and be sure to thoroughly describe the reason for the return.
  5. Once we receive your request for an RMA, if it meets the above requirements (and if we approve it) you will receive an E-Mail with your RMA and then you may return your products.
